First, these bully sticks, there's a reason these are always out of stock!! Simply to say, these are the best and our favorite bully sticks!! I need to keep checking for any opportunities to restock for my fur-baby!!
I must say, their service makes you truly feel like family rather than a customer!! I had made an error on my order, completely my fault but had reached out to see if they could help me amend my mistake. Miki emailed me back right away offering a solution. And honestly, the term "above & beyond" doesn't even come close to how amazing she is!!
